Norwalk is a flourishing city with a current population of roughly 109,000 residents. It was incorporated on August 26, 1947 and recently celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2007. The city itself is 9.35 square miles, 95 feet above sea level, and is located 17 miles southeast of Los Angeles. Due to its convenient location near some of the most accessible highways in the greater Los Angeles area, the city continues to grow and develop.
